  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add frozen peas to the pot in the last 2 minutes of cooking, then drain both together.
  2. Rinse briefly under cold water to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise or yogurt, and lemon juice.
  4. Add pasta and peas, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for later — keeps well 3-4 days refrigerated.
